Individual Therapy in Littleton and Across Colorado
Therapy for the moments that make you question what comes next.
What therapy with me is like…
You don’t need a perfectly explained reason to come to therapy. You might be facing a clear change, or you might only know that you feel anxious, low, disconnected, or unlike yourself.
We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life now and make room for what may be underneath it: past experiences, relationship patterns, expectations, and the roles you’ve learned to fill. I’ll bring curiosity, honesty, and practical support to that work. Together, we’ll decide what feels most useful to focus on.
About this work
-
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes. We’ll start with what feels most relevant to you that day, whether that’s a recent experience, an ongoing concern, or something you’re only beginning to put into words.
I’ll listen, ask questions, and share what I notice. Sometimes we’ll explore a pattern or feeling more deeply. Sometimes we’ll work through a decision, practice a skill, or identify a step you want to take. There’s room for both reflection and practical tools.
You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say. We’ll work together to find a pace that feels right for you.
-
Therapy asks for a willingness to show up as you are and stay curious about your experiences. You don’t have to share everything at once, and you don’t have to agree with every observation I make. Your voice and choices matter throughout the process.
Some concerns can be addressed in a shorter period; others benefit from more time. We’ll talk openly about your goals, check in on what’s helping, and adjust our work as needed.

his may be a good fit if you:
Are navigating aging, caregiving, grief, or a major life change
Feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself
Want to better understand your relationships or recurring patterns

If you’re unsure whether your concern fits, that’s something we can discuss during a consultation.
