Therapy for Anxiety & Depression in Colorado

When you don’t feel like yourself.

You may be getting through the day while feeling far from okay.

Anxiety can keep your mind moving even when you’re exhausted. Depression can make it hard to find energy or interest in things that used to matter. You might feel overwhelmed, flat, irritable, or disconnectedand unsure which word fits.

We can begin with your experience, whether or not you have a diagnosis for it.

What this might look like

  • Worry that won’t settle

Your thoughts keep circling back to what could go wrong.

  • Going through the motions

You’re meeting your responsibilities, but little feels enjoyable or meaningful.

  • Feeling unlike yourself

The parts of life that once gave you energy feel harder to reach.

We’ll start with how anxiety or depression is showing up in your life—not just a list of symptoms. What feels hardest right now? When do you feel most like yourself? What has helped, even a little?

Together, we’ll look at the stress, experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to how you feel. We can build practical ways to manage worry, low energy, and overwhelm while also making space for the deeper questions: what you need, what matters to you, and what may have been missing from your life.

My approach is collaborative and shaped around your goals. Some sessions may focus on getting through a difficult week; others may help you reconnect with the people, interests, and parts of yourself that give life meaning. We’ll check in on what’s helping and adjust as we go.
